Scope of work

Offsite photocopying service using colored technology. Service provider supplies paper (size, thickness, and brand per specification), cartridges, and operates the machine. Technical specifications including machine capacity (pages per day), resolution (DPI), and paper specifications defined in attached documents. Contract period: 6 months. Location: Himatnagar, Chhaparia Chhar Rasta, 383001. Spiral binding available if required.

Eligibility criteria

  • Minimum Average Annual Turnover: 10 Lakhs INR (3-year average)
  • 3 years past experience providing similar photocopying/printing services to Central/State Government or PSU
  • Registered office must be located in Sabarkantha District
  • Must have dedicated/toll-free telephone number for service support
  • Must provide escalation matrix of telephone numbers for service support
  • MSE exemption available from experience and turnover criteria (with supporting documentation)
  • Startup exemption available from experience and turnover criteria (with supporting documentation)
  • Not from countries sharing land border with India unless registered with Competent Authority
